Frequently Asked Questions
Do you have a minimum order quantity?
In normal terms for conventionally printed items, there are minimums which vary depending on the product and it’s value – you would need to ask us what these are. With our super new ‘No Minimum’ service we are able to supply as few as ONE on a wide range of digitally printed items. Also we can provide a sampling service from this same range to give you a small quantity for ‘pitching’ purposes.
What is the lead time?
This varies depending on the product, but for most UK based catalogue items this would be 5-10 days from approval and at the most 3-4 weeks for Far Eastern sourced products. On a small range of items we can offer 24 hour turnaround if required.
What format should my artwork be in?
Ideally we prefer Vectorised .eps or .pdf files. Jpg can be accepted in some cases but definitely not png files.
Do you provide support over the phone?
We prefer to deal on a person to person basis. Our business was built on personal service and strong customer relations with attention to detail a major focus. If you would like us to visit with samples please just ask.
Do you deliver to other venues, e.g. exhibition centres?
We can normally deliver to any mainland UK address in 24 hours. We can deliver to any address be it an Exhibition Centre, Hotel or another venue – however this is often fraught with danger as goods can often be delayed (just when you need them the most) or worse go missing.
